How to book:
You can make the reservation by phone or email, we will send you the "Rental conditions", if you are agree with what is indicated, you will have to let us know and do the payment of the deposit that will be the 30% of the total reservation.The reservation will be confirmed once we have received the amount.
They will have to fill in the "Client Register" with the data of each person staying at the house.
The DEPOSIT is from 100 to 200 depending on the number of days of your stay, if there is no problem, for example, broken objects, spots that do not easily appear (paint nails, retulators, etc.), lost objects ... they will be returned by bank transfer two days after your departure.
Please, remember that by accepting the "Rental Conditions", you authorize Mas Jonquer to load the amount corresponding to the repair of the damage caused to the dwelling, furniture and / or equipment during the hire period contracted.
Policy cancellation :
- If you cancel your reservation 30 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be returned.
- If you cancel within 30 days before the day of arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
Bed and breakfast in guesthouse or farmhouse: Availability of half board or full board service, depend on the accommodation. Placed in country areas or small villages up to 2000 inhabitants. 
Holiday rental in country cottage, apartment or villa: Fully equipped and self-catering accommodation. Placed in country areas or small villages up to 2000 inhabitants.
